Meet Our Team
Gregg Venable is the founder of draaw studio, a fully accredited member of NCARB, and a licensed architect with the AIA. He earned his professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University) and has spent his career designing spaces that bring people together.
With over a decade at a leading multifamily and mixed-use firm in Atlanta, Gregg has led design teams on projects ranging from high-end residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments. His experience includes more than 1,000 multifamily units across the U.S., vibrant retail and restaurant spaces throughout the Southeast, and a 150,000-square-foot mixed-use community in Cumming, Georgia.
Gregg is passionate about collaboration and thoughtful design, ensuring every project is both functional and inspiring. He believes great architecture is a balance of creativity, problem-solving, and craftsmanship—turning ideas into spaces that feel just right.

Founder & CEO
Holden Holley has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Kennesaw State University. With a solid foundation in both residential and commercial design, Holden brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every project. His work is grounded in technical precision and a deep understanding of contemporary architectural practices, supported by his proficiency in the latest industry software.
Beyond the studio, Holden trains in Karate and is currently preparing for his most exciting role yet — becoming a first-time dad.

Sara Venable
Director of Operations
With a background in occupational therapy and a knack for organization, Sara Venable keeps draaw studio running smoothly. As Director of Operations, she ensures efficiency across projects and processes, supporting the team in bringing thoughtful, well-crafted spaces to life. Her problem-solving mindset and attention to detail stem from her years in healthcare, where she thrived in fast-paced, solution-driven environments.
Outside the studio, Sara is a dedicated wife to Gregg and a proud mom of three. Whether managing logistics at work or keeping up with her busy family, she brings the same care, precision, and heart to everything she does.
Speed isn’t the goal, but efficiency matters. A well-thought-out process leads to seamless execution, ensuring every detail is considered without rushing the work.
